RECENT EVENTS

We came together in 2024 to fight back against a rent hike and to fight for better living conditions. Since then, we have obtained a $200 rebate for residents, air purifiers and dehumidifiers for each household, improved communications with FSH staff and UCSC administration, and begun development of a community vision for the new FSH complex. We have also organized social events for residents of all ages, ranging from happy hours to Halloween parties.
All residents, family, friends, and allies are welcome to join! We are an entirely volunteer-run organization, and rely on our members to propose ideas, plan and develop projects and events, and to come together to implement ideas that serve, support, and inspire the whole community.
